Connex Group completed both the structural design and the shop detailing for this 1300m2 commercial development. The building was designed with load-bearing precast concrete panels, a suspended concrete slab on Bondek structural formwork to the mezzanine floor, and a steel framed roof structure.
Being able to fully document engineering design through to steel and concrete panel shop drawings within the same organisation, resulted in a streamlined delivery with minimum queries.
