This residence was tastefully renovated keeping the heritage façade towards the street, but with a modern and exquisite architecturally designed extension to the rear.
Connex Group provided both structural engineering and fabrication drawings for this project. Alterations and additions to existing buildings always bring challenges to both the engineering design and the shop detailing. Thanks to 3D point cloud scanning technology and the skills of our experienced team, the construction process was smooth, and the end result a stunning, beautifully crafted residence.
